R. Davis and the failing acquisition

This guy took over and acquired Acell and all I’ve heard is a complete disaster! Sales are way down! Share holders pissed! Acell employees they retained are all gone! Fire this dousche!

At least Arduini is going Bob should be next along with anyone that has been around over 10 years they have run this company into to the ground just to hit a bullshit number. Great leadership or lack thereof time to sell more GE stock because Pete will do the same bullshit over at GE.

How many acquisitions have failed recently hmmm……

You guys sound like a bunch of crying babies. Neurosurgery is killing it; oh yeah, Codman was Integra’s largest acquisition ever and the process was flawless.
Stop whining…. You’re a wound care sales person. It’s not rocket science. Go build relationships so when a “boo boo” patient comes into the hospital, they’ll use your band-aid.

Bob is good; he’s a process guy… follow his process and the band-aids sell. ACell is (and always has been) garbage. Integra didn’t buy the company for “it’s revolutionary products”. They bought them to add scale (for pennies on the dollar as well).

go sell some shit so Neurosurgery doesn’t have to always pick you guys up.

Whatever you sycophant. Codman folks are bailing too. Arduini belongs at the GE dinosaur from whence he came.
And Bob Davis, should try the Waffle House.

Typical guy in his first medical sales gig. Integra is rated one of the worst medical companies to work for

Preach!

the dude who said GE is a dinosaur should think about what he’s selling…. Gauze bro…. Your selling gauze dipped in honey or some shit

Ummmm, excuse you, we are selling a highly technical gauze dipped in crosslinked bovine collagen and shark cartilage. It’s pour structure is what makes it so impressive that we can jack up the list price 22% year over year and f our customers over as much as possible. High margin, high tension, high turnover. I remember when a dime costs a dime. CODMAN RULES! Neuro your sooo cool. Maybe when I grow up one day I could be like CB and jump over to sell skin. You mean this shite is used in burns?!

Nothing to worry about here. Just start paying all the acell kols for their worthless anecdotal data. Docs will surely show their loyalty when the greenbacks start rolling. Integra=Integrity right?

typical quote from a rep who relies on the brand selling itself instead of actually trying to sell. Loser.

Exactly. “Neurosurgery” reps don’t actually have to sell. It’s all contract based that they have nothing to do with. They are glorified tray runners. I’m a manager and will never hire them. I need hunters. I put them in the same bucket as pharma

You’re a dipshit. Contracts? Are you serious? You really are an idiot. Tray runners? Wrong. We sell capital kid. I’ve never “run a tray” to a case. They must buy and then, maybe I’ll do them a favor.
Can you tell me which aisle the Tampax is in Mr. Manager?

Integra is known as entry level and pays shit no matter what the rep is selling…even recruiters are telling candidates that and getting them to work for better companies. Integra is also getting smoked by competition. Now go back to your couch and send an email asking a hospital to buy something from you “capital catalog”

You really have no idea what you’re talking about.
Integra pays good rep really well; higher than 95% of the device gigs out there.

if you don’t like working here, leave. It’s that simple.

Lol…this guy/gal clearly is at the bottom of the barrel. I sell capital for integra. People who say “they must buy it then ill do them a favor..” clearly means this guy/gal was fired or on a pip. I hear the wound division is looking for people

You, too, are an idiot. Integra will always be a Neurosurgery company…. We keep the lights on and the shareholders satisfied. It’s a very competitive marketplace and the neurosurgery reps who are good make top tier money; literally 100k more than a their Medtronic/ Stryker competitors.
On the other hand, wound care division is full of stepping-stone reps from the B2B world. It’s their first “step into medical sales”. It’s not device, it’s medical supplies. They money on that side sucks and, from what I hear, the leadership is suspect at best.
