Quotas!!!
Who and how are these decided?!?! Some reps are asked to bring in 35 vials while others are over 200 vials per quarter. does every division hand pick their Regeneron Cup winners? Managers hand out goals to their favorites?
 






Sounds like business as usual with Regeneron . Bring in 200 vials while another territory brings in 37 and 37 get rewarded with a trip while 200 quota reps ends up hitting 185 vials and they get put on a plan. Yep sounds fair.

Um. Yes, now you're catching on. It is ALL such a joke. They hand pick who gets the heavy increases with absolutely no reasoning behind the increases other than "that's all decided on by Incentive Comp" but is really code for "I helped my favorite." Yes, they hand pick who wins Regeneron cup and who gets Senior rep. Regeneron is the worst at making it so blatantly obvious.
 






Love how they'll give a territory less quota and can have millions more people in their market but the person with 500,000 people will have three times the quota. And the 500,000 person territory will get more pressure to produce and than rep with 2 million more people in their territories. And the smaller person territory will get no recognition for producing twice the amount of scripts than the 2 million plus person territory. Yep sounds like the quotas are really planned out.

Other companies got rid of quotas. Less stress and unfairness. Too much rides on other variables.
