year after year... Quotas come at spring time. How is that:
Fair
Advantageous
Motivating

Sales people need to know where they stand. But I get it
Upper management needs to know how to divide territories and pay "fairly" the same geniuses that think the tei people should sell the dfu product. I'm done
 


















After working in this industry for quite sometime and have been miserable here for far too long, I would really like an answer to the question "Why do reps stay at Integra?"
The extra paperwork, emails, BS conference calls etc...on top of the normal is ridiculous. Please someone explain!
And it's not like it's worth 150k
 


















Changed the comp plan to being all quota based and only make big money on being 100k over quota for the quarter and then inflate quotas to unattainable levels so they don't have to pay out bonuses and still have a shitty low salary .
