No comments so we are changing topics to layoffs. Do you know personally of someone who was laid off at B+L. What dept. did they work in?

I actually like the quota system. My numbers were terrible for 2012. 2013 = New year, new quota and killing it now. OSM thinks I've turned it around but I'm basically doing the same things I was doing last year.

Love that insanity definition of doing the same things over and over and expecting different results. Let me ask this, though - which one is crazier? Doing the same things over and over EXPECTING different results or doing the same things over and over and actually GETTING different results from one year to the next?

Double edge sword it is. Kill it and do well they Jack your numbers up so high it's unattainable. Suck and you get the same goal....
