Quitting - still get my bonus?

If I resign, will I still be paid the bonuses I earned for September and October? Or do we have to still be employed at the time the bonuses are paid out? I cannot find the answer to this in any of the policy manuals...

Ok, yes, I know - they screw with our numbers. One of many reasons I am leaving. Not my question, however. Do they pay out bonuses you've already earned if you quit before they are paid?

Read your comp plan. Some will pay out if it was within the time earned, but other comp plans will state an employee must be employed at the time of pay out.

I left to go to a Regional lab. LabCorp did pay me my two bonus checks. One of which was really low, but I was use to that. Don't use any PLB and you will get that too. Sell you stock and roll your 401K over. Cut all ties with LCA, it will be the best decision you can make.

Oh trust me - the second I have my official offer letter in hand I am out the damn door. This place blows...

I'm with you. Once I find another job, I am outta here!! And it can't come soon enough! This is the most unorganized company I have ever worked for. They really need to get their crap together!
