Quitting and Bonus

If I quit today how do I make sure that I get my bonus for the Jan - March quarter?

if you have the same back account open, on 6/20 you should get that deposited, you should also get April/May/June paid out to you 9/20

you will get paid out on any unused vacation but NOT sick days, nor floating holidays, nor personal days

also wondering about giving 2-weeks notice, do they then have to pay you the next 2 weeks even though they may ask you not work in the field anymore?

I'll tell you how it is at my company. If you are not employed on the day of payout, they screw you over. So do what you need to be employed on that date, then give notice. Vacation days: they will prorate for the year and pay out that prorated amount (minus any vacation you've taken so far). I know someone who was in HR previously and she took every day of vacation for the year (she came up with some excuse about a sick relative) then she quit the Friday we got our payout. They will pay you the two weeks but they'll get everything within a day or two of you giving notice.

i suspect your honesty b/c you claim HR gets a "payout", do home office get bonus?

and paying the 2 weeks, does that mean you are "employed" for the next 2 weeks, ie pushing your "end" date to a new month gets you health insurance for that next month, instead of quitting on the 30th of the month you get no insurance (unless you specify in your resignation it is a 2 week notice?)

I'm curious also on how the insurance situation works. If I quit and my 2 weeks notice takes me into the next month do I get insurance provided through Forest til the end of the next month?

That was me - post #5. Sorry for the confusion, I should have been clearer. She was a sales rep, however, she had a previous HR background (before the sales job). I mentioned that because she knew exactly how to work the system; she got as much as she legally and ethically could and had all her ducks in a row when she gave notice. I learned a lot by how she left ;)
