Why are you on here then?!? Seriously why are you on here? If you are in heaven and love your job then why are you on here? Everyone knows what this site is all about. This site exists for people to VENT their frustrations and speak their minds and share information without fear of retaliation. I promise EVERYONE that the person that left the message above knows there are big problems and want to ignore the fact that this company may be letting go of a lot of employees soon in an effort to contain costs. Like many others, they are scared but are trying to ignore the obvious or want to convince themselves everything is fine and they made the right decision to come onboard. Whether you like to work here or not, there is way more $ going out then coming in and if sales don't seriously ramp up soon then there will be cuts. As for the poster, just go away. You sound like a freaking idiot.

Prepare for it! None of you are preparing for anythiny.You troll this site just to spread your own insecurities and unhappiness. You are not trying to help anyone
People will complain and do nothing to change their situation because by doing so they can no longer complain. People who are unhappy may read a few of these strings but by in large they will take action based on their own reasoning and interview out

The rest of you complainers will take your corporate whinefare for as long as you can so you can be paid to complain.

You DO certainly sound intelligent. People are looking and interviewing for other opportunities, but don't want to make the same mistake twice. It takes a while to find a decent job, but thank you for your well thought out and intelligent remarks. I can see why you were hired at Cadence. If we are lucky, perhaps you will be able to share your skills and selling knowledge with us at the upcoming POAs.
