Quintiles to Takeda

Does anyone know if those of us who get on with takeda will be normal takeda employees?
No different car, insurance, title... Whatever.

I guess what I'm asking is if we would be equal to our counterparts (aside from Sr./Territory managers)?

No you would not be. You may get the same car, insurance, etc as the current Elite team, but you would not be one of them. You'd be a former Q overlay helper. The territory belongs to the current T rep. You are the second class citizen assisting the two territory owners you overlap with. How will goals be established? You will just get a rollup of the two real reps goals. What does that lead to? The same animosity that exists now between partners, with the added fun of having TWO people telling you how to do your job. Take the job if its offered, but keep looking for an opportunity where you can actually own it.
