Quintiles sudden meeting for takeda project?

Anyone else concerned about this random last minute meeting that supposedly has an "important project update"? I keep waiting to hear when the project is going to be scrapped.

I am with Takeda, and honestly I think it's he said she said..of course eventually there will be some sort of layoff but if everyone worried about that day in day out ..we'd never get anything done. Point is..work your ass off so your not one of those they can afford to lose. If you do get laid off..you have some hard work to show for yourself to the next employer.

No real severance package, just the 90 day warn act! What is with that, not that it would be much anyway. I guess the month between December and January is considered our severance.
This didn't work out how it was supposed too, still shocked that it went down like this! I will be staying home and working on finding another job....

If your in "contracts" one knows they seldom go the distance. I was extremely aware of this going in. From the get go my angle was (is) to be a part of Takeda sales force. Some people got that chance, some still do.

Look for a job in the mean time, if an opportunity emerges snag it.

You were really expecting a severance package???? You probably were employed for a year and a half max. We are lucky they didn't just say hey we are ending the contract you you guys are done Friday. Letting us work until the end of January is more than generous. Be greatful.
