does quintiles automatically roll reps over into new contracts if a previous contract ends? Or is Quintiles similar to Inventiv where reps are required to interview and "compete" even if previously on an Inventiv contract?

You are required to interview for a position on a new contract.

The quintiles Rep given preference over a non-quintiles rep. The recruiter does not send more than 1 quintiles rep for the same position for interviewing.

Please don't believe anything on Cafepharma a recruiter will send the best candidate for the position non- quantities or outside talent they don't care about you and what you did in the past. Here's the scoop - geography- salary (male/female) the district may have to many of one - experience with the disease state so last thing if you get the job keep looking because this is ONLY temporary.

Lately, it seems as if they are hiring people with no experience...so they can get them cheap. You get what you pay for Quintiles! You dumb bastards.

What is making a difference now a days with Quintiles, is where it is a Quintiles manager or a client manager. The client manager does not seem to care who you are.

The quintiles job I interview for has both an "overlay" quintiles mngr and a client manager. So I'm not sure what you are meaning....

Yes, I was on the Takeda Contract that ended, received a call the week after and was offered a list of three territories to choose for a Janssen contract no interview needed

You do have a chance. I was hired though I was not a prior quintiles
