Quintile Interview Newbie

I have never interviewed for a Quintiles position. So looking for some basic info like how many mgrs at f2f ? One or two ( a Quintile and the co. I will represent).
My progress was: recruiter call, ddi phone assessment and f2f late next week, flying out out town to location.

What can I expect other than STAR questions? will there be an additional interview after this one or is this it?
Thank you!

I have interviewed for several contracts with Quintiles. Each one is different depending on what the client company wants. I have had STAR questions and I have no STAR questions. Usually there are at least 2 f2f interviews, one with Quintiles mgr and one with client mgr. Then sometimes another with a regional from the client company

as already stated, every contract is different. my experience w/ quintiles was to interview w/ a quintiles manager first. then, that manager sent on the top 2 to interview w/ the manager with the company the contract was with. that manager made the final decision, and i had a final phone interview w/ the regional (other company-not quintiles).

good luck!

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I am excited about the opportunity. I am waiting to hear about a 2nd interview on another similar position. Not trying to be greedy but I really need a job and it wld feel good to have 2 companies to have chances to get positions with.
Thanks again.

What is the pay at the contract company? Will they pay 80k? Or is the average around 50k with some up to 60k

Expect to get grilled like they were hiring their own personal future neurosurgeon.

The RBD-level F2F is the most fun; those folks put the "flaming" in F.A.H.

It was not what I expected. Not many STAR questions and no detailing. I prepped
very hard so tried at any opportunity to get something in. At end I did ask a bold question
about fitting in -in comparison to a Janssen rep and got shot down. Nothing negative about my ability to work at the position. After the negative comment he said - now, I have never not hired someone because they were not perfect. Did my very best. Now waiting. I do wish the mgr wld of been there but just hired so that's why the RBD was there alone.
