Quick question

Are you guys still trying to divert clinical business from your co-promote's accounts to small labs? We keep getting messages from senior management to collaborate with TF reps and nobody feels comfortable. This was common practice in the area of the country I work.

No, the new management team keeps drilling us on lab neutrality. They don't want us to convert from one lab to another since it has no sales benefit. Now it does happen that one lab has a rep that won't call back an office due to billing or customer service issues. In those cases I've had to tell an office that another lab also does the exact same ICAP tests with different codes. Your choice nurse on who to send to. Most offices use two labs due to insurance anyway but use one lab more than the other due to a lab rep relationship. But we would never bring in a different lab rep when we know that account is using a lab right now. That would cause too many problems, drama, and our management team would get upset. In the past, our corrupt old reps would switch business from major labs to the smaller labs since they could get away with bigger profiles and not worry about ANY billing issues. Maybe those bad reps were also working for the small labs and that's why it happened. If you're a lab rep now, and you want to partner with us, we'd be happy to do most of the work for you (pay for lunch, promo materials). All we ask is that you call us back if we had questions come up from our shared clients.

It's to late for your political answer. The FBI has been patrolling cafepharma for over a year now. TFS is involved too deep with corrupt labs

You're a moron. For once we get a reasonable response on this miserable website and you have to bring up FBI and storm troopers monitoring. Go back to your hole.

Thanks for the response and question to the OPs

Why bring up the FBI if your dealing with reputable labs? Cause your dealing dirty with those slimy labs, that's why.

One hand washes the other. Lab reps could care less and are too busy to deal with TFS bullshit if nothing is in it for them.
