Some of these Sr promotions last week were downright questionable. I know many who are now feeling completely snubbed.

When are you going to make them public - as promised? Afraid of the backlash? Please stop with the secret RSUs and now bullshit promotions - complete farce.

If you haven’t learned by now, Alkermes is probably the most nepotistic company in the entire world. It’s small. It’s run by a bunch of Narcissistic, incompetent, uneducated, lack of integrity, pieces of shit leader ship that will promote anybody that will get down on their knees. But the love of God just remembered they’ll get rid of you in a heartbeat document everything that said to you done to you and copy yourself on all emails seriously copy your personal email address on anything and everything that you send your manager because they are all living on a dream.
