Depends how you get your scripts. Can you honestly say 4 inch heels is a comfortable way to go about your day? Maybe for you it is... but for most women reading this the answer is probably drop it down an inch or two and be comfortable. If you get your scripts by any means necessary.... than bring it up an inch or two, raise your hemline a few more inches and wear more low cut blouses. You go girl.
