I know many of the managers and reps from previous cardiology start-ups, Cor and Scios.

Is there really that much satisfaction in selling acetaminophen when you launched or sold Integrilin and Natrecor?

Seems like it would be a mind-numbing experience for some very smart people.

Always wondered this.

This is a great drug with a ton of untapped potential, what is the problem Einstein?

Hey, I've got an idea. Lets raise the price 15% and make it really challenging to sell fucking Tylenol now. This place SUCKS!

I can't stand the price increase either, but please stop the whining because that is even worse. You all sound so pathetic. If you think the job is boring and you hate it here just quit like John S. Just did. Don't be wimps about it. I mean to hear your comments is very embarrassing. Is this a great job? No. But be grateful you have a job. If you don't like it here, stop whining and do something about it and quit. Even at a different company, you will come across the same sh*t. But go contact a recruiter and find that "great" job and leave.

Raising the price will pad the numbers quickly to reach break even. Then hospital admin will restrict harder and it will open the door for "reimbursed" Exparel. We should have another product by Q2 though. Right?

Bad Decision

Bad decision and destroying themselves with greed. The constant battle with pharmacy is just getting worse. Im trying to follow John S. Lead. His new company is targeting many of us. I think its a good time to leave now that jobs are opening up for the new year. There is no future here anymore. Over a 10% price increase! How can you possibly explain and rationalize that to anyone. Very bad decision and greedy too. With this job we have all lost any relationships with pharmacy. RSL, SG, TS have no idea what it is like in the real world and find this time to find a new job that offers a 401k match and car.
