Question to current sales rep

Hi everyone I have an interview this week on the west coast for a sales position at Galderma. I'm a little concerned with the layoffs and restructuring. Can anyone please tell the base range and current sales environment at this company. I know nothing is perfect, but it seems like there are some really great people here who have been let go. Thanks.

The environment is unstable and the President of the complaint left last Fall. I would stay away. Worst company I have ever worked at (left less than two years)!!!
 




Sadly, this once great and happy place to work is no more. In all seriousness, look elsewhere. The future is bleak for Galderma Labs, once the leader of Derm Pharma companies...

I have left recently after a long and successful career...this place is a shell of what it used to be. You should really go into this thinking that if you get hired, you may only have a job for a matter of months. The base range is anywhere from $70,000 to $95,000 depending on who you know in the home office. It's a sham. If you have a stable job now, stick with it.
 












What about the good people that left under their own accord? Anyways, I wish you all the best and I hope that Galderma can recapture some of the feel of its glory days. Again, good luck!
