Told during interview that bonus target is 60k, knowing this is probably not attainable, what is a realistic bonus for a average or middle of the pack ranking. Give it too me straight
 






























You don't respond re geography so advise you to find out why former rep left. Starts down by half so maybe it's a territory that didn't make bonus. Lot of people bailing should be a concern

Ok, will give it to u straight, alright? Sounds like u already have trust issues with the person you would be reporting to. OMG, ur actually trying to confirm that you would make a measlely 60k per yr in bonus.......LOSER!

You need to ask why this is fact? Turnover, old products, better new oral agents....or partially a little of all three reasons.

Methodology is as follows, buy a lot of slimy hair gel 2 replicate VP of Sales look, roll dice, bend over, then kiss your ass goodbye!
 






It can be feast or famine re quarterly bonus cuz you can be victim of your own success w/ greedy goal setters so think twice before you take a salary pay cut. UT may not be able to delay generics this year so the grass may not be so green here

Seriously, is it really that bad here, shit it sounds brutal, I am thinking about coming over, is there anyone out there with something nice to say about the organization? Won't oral trep be a great opportunity and what about the oncology product in pipeline?
