Seriously? How many downsizings started off with a higher up saying the field is safe. What motivation would they have to be honest. Announce it and have the whole salesforce take a long vacation waiting for cuts?

They are liars. This is happening at every pharma company. Yeah it's great money but no job security.

As a previous Aimovig rep who was cut without any notice. Novartis is the worst company in pharma. I ended up in a good biotech company. Where they treat you like adults. Once a quarter field rides and no role plays at every meeting. Let Novartis pay you as you look for a job most of the day.

What lacks morals, decency and integrity is Leverne standing up in town halls for a full year telling an entire team that changes were not about future head count reductions only to axe a large number of employees.

When this company gets back to acting consistent with the values and behaviors it preaches, it can expect expect it reciprocated.
