Am I permitted to change my gender in the HR system so that I can have a significantly greater probability for career advancement?
how do I do that ?
can I then notify managers of in areas where I might like to work and let them know I’m now considered as being advantageous for them if they promote me bc they can fulfill those 45/45/10 requirements?
