I was in Pharma more than 10 years ago--I remember that it became illegal or 'frowned upon' to give the docs Rx pads preprinted with your drug name and dosage?
I'm now in a different part of medical sales and pre-printed Rx pads recently came up. I can't find anything through searching that specifically says this is not allowed. Is this a Sunshine Act thing? Do reps still give out Rx pads? Or is it not a thing anymore?
