Question about LillyShares program







FDE’s have always been sold they are equivalent to a FTE, but truth be you are not. You are not protected with at the same level, but most importantly your position can be eliminated without a formal layoff. In other words you are not protected by the Warn Act.

Also, the stock grants/options you are referring to are earned/taxed the same as FTE’s.
 






Lilly retiree here. It's amazing how little information is communicated to former employees (retirees, resignations, etc) after you leave the company. In a sentence or two, what is the Lilly shares program? Thanks.
