Mallinckrodt Plc’s Questcor Pharmaceuticals Inc. faces a multistate antitrust investigation, according to a Texas attorney general’s office letter revealing that state’s participation in the probe.

I know one of the compliance officers for one of the states going after Mal-de-krotch and the state is out for blood. They want to send a message, and it will get really ugly really fast.

If anyone who sells the pig hormone thinks they will not win, think again. It's all over the news and a 20,000/vial drug ain't gonna cut it.
