Whoever dropped the ball should be fired. Quest 360 users will never change solely to Beacon and we will continue lose market share to Quest. HMO contracts don't count because they are worthless and nobody wants them anyway.
 






hahahahahah - remember where we came from - we had nothing - not only is Beacon isway ahead of Quest and ALL the other competition, it allows us to gain marketshare every day, we see this first hand with customers - stop this nonsense -

hear hear. i completely agree. The poster from the original mail clearly has a grudge or works for the competition.

There are pleny of EHR's that an office can use including ones that are free. Beacon was NOT intended to be an EHR which is why it will never qualify for "meaningful use" dollars. You do know this don't you?
 










































First of all, Quest stole Quest 360 for those that don't know that.

Second, the only way you can keep a customer is to lock them up with Quest 360.

DGX still sucks .... that does not change. LabCrap is even worse!
 






Beacon cannot be qualified for meaningful use because in order to be " meaningful" you have to be functional at least 22 out the 24 hours in any given day which it is most definitely is not. 85% of my corporate daily e-mails are notifications about our glorious meaningful Beacon being down for maintenance while our tireless engineers guided by our fearless leaders are constantly busy trying to give Beacon a proverbial mouth to mouth in order to revive the god forsaken excuse for a bloody online order and result portal which Beacon is claiming to be. What a Mother F'n joke Beacon is, perhaps the ordering part is still in Beta, in which case I apologize, can't expect a beta to function properly, can I now. One of these decades the Beta will become an Alpha, until then, I'll just tell my clients to use Care 360 as it's actually online caring for you 360 days a year. If Beacon had a number it woulda been Beacon 128, where 128 is also the days it is functioning and ready for action. /rtantover
 






I'm embarrassed to talk about Beacon ordering as it takes more time, creates more mistakes and doesn't add one competitive advantsge to Q360. Have you seem Beacon Mobile and compared it to Q360's mobile? That's the future and we're screwed. LabCrap being LabCrap I guess
