So another SME has left. Good quality, long term people are leaving. This speaks volumes about this pitiful Comp Plan and the leadership of this company. These small labs are kicking our butt ! We can not even cover our IOP accounts. Morale is pitiful here. It is like we have given up !

Just hear another long term rep has left after 14 years from Macon.
I know for a fact that two more are leaving the S.E. in May.
It is interesting that soon as a Rep leaves, all these rumors come out about how bad a person that rep was. So why was an employee allowed to stay for so long ?
That is B.S. ! It is just a way to tell the morons that stay in the Sales Department, that they should stay. Don't you see a pattern of behavior here ?
LabCorp is going to throw you under the bus, weather you stay or leave.

Why is this not surprising? Who cares, now that division will get a hungry rep in that area that will make a difference.

It doesn't matter. This company isn't about selling. Smaller upstart labs spend money to make money. They are investments. Build business and make yourself attractive to the larger labs. Spend money on people and product then market yourself for sale.
Labcorp is about "acquiring and disseminating" not selling. This company buys then squeezes every but of life from the people and the product to make their investments pay off. That's how the King plays the game. If you want a decent job you have to keep jumping back to the smaller labs and make your money.
Labcorp has no room on routes for added business they don't want to pay for computers phones or trusted skilled employees on the front end. They are "cheap" "frugal" and desperate to squeeze a penny because they have overspent on their "new ideas" and they typically don't work any better than before they we're implemented.
If King David is smart , which he is , it's time to cash out and leave the casino then head out to the deck get on a lifeboat and lower down to the water and float away in the dead of night before the titanic sinks ....

I'm glad I got out this year. LCA does not deliver what they promise all around. Not to the clients nor their own employees. If you have the chance to leave, do it.
