Quality Engineer in Pharma/Biotek?

Hi everyone,
I have been working as a Quality Engineer in a medical device company.
I need to relocate for personal reasons and I am wondering what sort of future I could have in Pharma/Biotek fields instead of med devices.

I graduated with a Bachelor's in Biomedical engineering. My work experience focuses on risk management and life-cycle surveillance of our products.

I know I don't want to sit in a lab and do research all day, everyday.
I'm wondering what I could do in the fields of Compliance and Quality?

Any thoughts?

The money is in Validation. Commissioning and equipment start up is massive in this industry. You can write your own ticket if you can put pen to paper.
