Depends on the manager, maybe they want you out? Some even help get you out. Right? They know who they are. Plus when Acellas drug is plastered on the internet news maybe you need to get out. It’s funny the people or person accountable for this probably gets away with their actions.
 






My manager told me its that guy Allen’s fault. He said that Allen is stupid and always screws important stuff up but they still let him keep his job. Must be nice.

What a joke. That department has so many people. Not sure what they do. Stand around, happy hour. No wonder the new guy Mir is ready to fire them all. He should take over for AF. Again another employee who doesn’t even work at home office lives states away.
 






It’s a bad joke. Your right so many people in the department and no one knows what they do. Allen is the biggest joke. All the fda recalls because he is a fraud. Can’t believe he still has a job here.
 






Something isn’t right here. Over and over this department is a fail. What goods does AF have on who? Or maybe he is working for the enemy? Sure seems like it. Now Acella is doomed. Get your resumes out.
 












Thanks Allen for your post. And thanks for doing nothing but f up. It’s not over reacting when fda says the quality department is a failure. Go read the report. Fda.gov.

I know a few of us heard same thing. JF told our manager we are in big trouble too. If they let us go who will pay all the new people’s big salaries? A lot of us already looking to get out.
 






The one person who messed up NP is Allen Fields. He has messed up a lot of other things to. I was on his team. He has no idea what he’s doing. His own team says he’s has no idea what he’s doing. As long as Allen is working at Acella your screwed.
 












I am sorry to say this but I am on AF’s team if you want to call it that. We have so many people doing too many things. As the saying goes, too many hands in the cookie jar...and he has no clue what is really going on. I wonder if he is really engaged? Is he working somewhere else? Thinking all these people have it covered...we just hire more people to “blame” and “cover” for whatever it is he does in Texas. If you ask most people here the new guy that is here should be in AF’s spot.
 






Previous poster is so right. Allen just doesn’t care. If he did care he has no idea what he’s doing. All our fda issues are all Allen’s fault. Just read the fda report. Fda said a lot of times our Quality team was deficient. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. The whole company could be shut down by fda because Allen does not what he’s doing.
