I can't find the link, but the new CEO recently met with Merrill Lynch and Seth basically said that if we can't find a partnership that is agreeable to our terms that we will likely add more sales people as an alternative.

I bet Vivus decides to go this alone given the progress the current sales reps have made.

If with the extended patents, Vivus can't get a partner on decent terms, it shows no one wants them. Going it alone has been a disaster so far. To continue that route would be ridiculous.

Eisai just announced doubling sales force to sell Belviq. Maybe Qsymia reps should explore that opportunity instead of waiting to see what Vivus/PDI will do.

Many already are. Very attractive for Belvique to hire Qsymia reps.
