Okay... Does anyone know what's really going on with Qnasl sampling? Also, if it's just a sample issue...why are we encouraged not to have discussions about it? Is this the beginning of the "reshape" for respiratory?

The fact that there is complete silence from HO means that this is bad. They were supposed to give us an answer either way last Thursday. And how about the fact that we cannot sample the new lot of Qvar which happens to be the same canister as Qnasl with a different label slapped on it? Is it tied to the same problem? I hope not. I don't think this was part of the "Reshape" plan, but it might make the damage far worse. Be sure that the loss of revenue will figure in to their cost cutting goals.

Whats worse is that in CC's follow up email he said that further direction on Qnasl would be given at the next POA. That is three months away!!!!

You idiot...the POA is the "plan of action" or "plan of attack". We don't have to wait until the next "POA" meeting to find out what our plan is.

I can't validate what every pharmacy in the country is doing but I can assure you that Qnasl will be back by Jan at the latest. Product will start being supplied to the wholesalers within 3 weeks and we'll be promoting by the start of the year.

I heard because of the OTC nasal steroid, Qnasl will not be coming back.

Qnasl goals seem to be the most reasonable for the portfolio........until I noticed OTC nasocort in the pharmacies. Will see how this plays out.
