Totally. There are @50 RSS remaining after recent resignations and terminations. I’m still here, and all I ask to keep me engaged is to certainly weed out the weakest link reps. It’s not a good feeling to know that I work hard, bring results yet the lower 1/3 of the roster continue to receive their $100k+ salary anyway. For how much longer? Not fair.Good. You’re probably your manager’s worst hire in their career. Just leave and you’ll both be happy.

Only one play in his play book. A six month algorithm that instills fear. Sure, some need to go but 1,2,3 and the six month pipout aren’t doing a damn thing to motivate the sales force.
