Totally. There are @50 RSS remaining after recent resignations and terminations. I’m still here, and all I ask to keep me engaged is to certainly weed out the weakest link reps. It’s not a good feeling to know that I work hard, bring results yet the lower 1/3 of the roster continue to receive their $100k+ salary anyway. For how much longer? Not fair.

Oh please Mr white boy management club, please weed out the bottom 1/3 especially females. I am working so hard bringing in result, all 3 of my NBRx’s. It’s not fair (wah, wah, wah) that they continue to receive $100k+ salary, wah, wah, wah, wah, not fair, wah, wah, wah.
Do your really think we are that gullible? Really? RSS my ass.
This is one of the many reasons why under your leadership or lack there of can’t get us to 1000. Your motto is lead by fear. Where is your Accountability?
 






Fear my ass, people that work hard don’t have to fear anything. If you aren’t making money with OPKO it’s becsus you are a worthless POS that should be in a primary care pod. That way you can hide from the fact you can’t do the job. Finding quality sales people that aren’t afraid of sales goals is not a problem. Not for OPKO not for anyone else.
