Wtf? So the company is trying to save Opko Connect by tying the new hires sale's compensation to "completely filled in" SRF forms. How desperate are they to save MB's job? If you look at the OC report, you will see that the majority of reps do not use OC. They only use OC for PAP. We are no longer getting paid on PAP. So why bother with OC at all? This is a total disservice to the new hires. First, they were lied to about the uncapped compensation plan. Secondly, their money is tied to completed SRFs. Third, their managers told them that they were getting on EVERY script. Tom stated at the meeting that in Q1, only new scripts would count towards compensation. It gets worse every quarter.
