So now you will only finish at 100% of goal instead of 140%. Company is losing money paying the little volume territories $30K bonuses when they don’t bring in that money. Enjoyed it while you could with your 3% share and 20 RXs a week.

No BRAD. Not every territory was performing at 140%. Those that were, should've gotten the 45% increase because that is what makes logical sense. Since upper mgt has no clue what they're doing, you now have territories that were just over 100% and on par with the national market share, drop to lower than 80% to goal. Nice work dumbasses. You really know how to motivate a sales team. Q4 we have fewer selling days due to holidays AND Doctors out on vacation! Siri: "Engage cruise control" see ya next year!

Again there is no comment on your performance! Was your Share above the National threshold? Did you have significant volume? Were you beating Restasis, Cyclosporine, or Xiidra with Miebo? These are all factors in quota increases.

Miebo hit annual goal in august instead of paying out and mild increases they inflate annual quota further and raise goal expectations ?? Gangsta ….

You can't take a blanket approach for everyone in the country. Why is that so hard for your pea brain to understand? If you were in a territory that was performing at 135%, then yes the 40% goal increase is justified. If you're in a territory that was just over 100% it's not realistic to increase that territory by 40%! They don't want to pay us. Get your head out of the Kool aid bowl!

And this right here says it all. Ass backwards logic! And The misconception that if you're not killing it at 130%, you're not working or aren't a good a rep as those that are. How do you explain vacant territories that were still top performing all yr long? A huge part comes down to coverage in your territory. How do you justify NOT giving the territory at 130% the massive growth goal?! And the one at 100% gets crushed? Clearly the forecasting was way off! Your logic makes no sense whatsoever.

Or worse—when you have a salesforce who STILL doesn’t understand Math and feels entitled.
I’ll say it again for the cheap seats—-the NATION—-that means the entire salesforce was at like 120-130% of goal for 3 quarters in a row. You got paid ridiculously high bonuses for territories which weren’t adding to the bottom line—instead sucking revenue from bonuses which were too high. So, we adjusted so the NATION—finishes at 100%.

And in case you forgot—our Comp plan has guarantees in it if the NATION finishes below 90% of forecast. So you DO get paid if we make a mistake with forecasting.

Now—take your lazy self out in the field and direct your energy to sales. You would actually make money if you focused on that instead of complaining about issues you don’t understand.
