Q4 bonus







yep....what a joke. glad to know i wasn't the only one that didn't make squat, and i normally hit my quota. wtf were they thinking in Richmond?? We haven't been in growth mode for several years and they expected us to magically convert all our docs to 100% Film....and this also means we probably don't hit the "company wide" quota either....double whammy!
 


















It doesn't just suck, it is down right smarmy for this company to penalize the sales force (who did their job and met their goals) for the mistake of others. With all the money we have made for them, shame! Shame! SHAME! They should do the right thing, but of course they won't.

Glad to see RP is doing something about the SIP... it sucks that Q4 can't be changed but going forward it looks like it will be a bit more fair....
 






It's unfortunate that the co. is "unable" to adjust Q4. That's interesting considering it's been done before. Hopefully 2012 will be a better year for quota attainment.
 






Seems to me that once he went international, ST forgot all about our guiding principles and core values. Why else would he agree to such outlandish commitments? He has become a corporate yes-man, and forgot all about the people who put him where he is. Meanwhile, I will bust my @ss, raking in $millions for RBP, and will find a way to justify this pitiful Q4 bonus. I can already hear my ABM, BD and RP spin the measly year-end bonus. ("Be grateful for all the hard work you are doing and be grateful you have a job"). ST: You want to keep good people when the times get tough? Pay them.
