Have you seen the newly released Q3 IC Rankings (hidden in the middle of focus)? How this company can justify how badly they are screwing Double territories is beyond me! A territory with 31 is ranked 1st and a territory with 48 is ranked 6th. It seems extremely unethical and lawsuit worthy especially when you consider that Mrybetriq doubles have NEVER split Rx’s. It makes one wonder if they company is so broke they can’t afford to pay the reps bonus so someone came up with the concept of screwing the double territories. I mean it fits along with the cap on a launch bonus and the original unobtainable goals.
A double territory is designed to double the voice with a higher volume territory not so the doubles call on two totally different call lists, otherwise why not just split every double territory into single territories?!
So sad at the state of this company and this launch. This company was once great. This launch could have been great. Too many people in charge that seem to have no clue how Pharma works especially during a launch.
