When we voice our concerns, ideas, thoughts, feedback… it’s taken as criticism. Criticism is not tolerated.

Poor leadership. Plain and simple. The leadership here I wouldn't hire as reps. They're all parasites who have leeched on and promoted their friends. Most of them don't understand business at all.
