Q1 payout

If we are not getting a Q1 payout, isnt that illegal?
This is money already earned. How can they pull this back 2 days before we are supposed to get the money that was already earned? Can u say lawsuit. I am willing to along with this lawsuit. Any takers?

I am upset too. Ethically, how can they not pay people. We busted our butts did everything they wanted and looked forward to our money. It makes me feel even worse for those who were laid off, they worked so hard for nothing. Legal issue, i think so.....I know a couple of other companies getting sued for not paying out commissions.
 






I have heard you can get your money through small claims court. What worries me is if I want severence I have to sign paperwork that says I will not sue. My bonus would have been more than twice what severence will be. THIS IS JUST CROOKED!!!!!
 






How do you start the legal process? Are there certain lawyers who do this stuff? This is new to me. I am so mad right now. I understand the layoffs, You would be a fool to think that wasnt going to happen, but to rip me off money is not going to happen.
 






It's ashame that people were laid off. However, the person who designed the bonus structure should have been fired! How can a company survive by giving out an $8K bonus to a rep that generates 30 TRx's worth about $7K. This doesn't even account for the base salary, car and benefits. The math doesn't work and we are only talking about Oravig.

Perhaps all these lay offs could have been avoided if the upper management team could do basic math.
 






the company has the right to change the IC plan at any given time, it says right on the IC documents you receive at the begining of the quarter. I dont agree and I lost out on some major bonus money too, but you roll with it and play by the rules set forth.
 






I agree that someone should contact a labor attorney about this. It just doesn't seem right. Also, since they let go so many people, you may want to research the WARN act, maybe it applies. If an attorney is contacted, you should post the info so anybody who wants to join can contact the attorney also.

Leading me and my family to believe I will have a good payout according to the IC plan. How can they just cook the books to do what they want. But what can we do? Sign the severance and start looking. I can't wait for them to pick my car up with all those dumb ass bumper stickers all over the back window.

Talk to a good lawyer before you sign anything! A good lawyer will let you know if there is something you can do.
 
























I am in for a lawsuit, as well. If anyone ends up contacting an employment lawyer please post the contact info on here as I will call right away. The other option I am considering is filing an overtime lawsuit. There are big pharma companies that are losing those right now and reps are making money. The lawyers are doing it pro bono as they tend to be class action. And I can sure as hell tell you that some of the companies that are losing at least gave office time to employees/sales force. We don't even get that.
 


















This place is more corrupt than Oregons athletic program

Strativa/HR will try to make you believe that they are in the realm of acting legal however, simply contact an employment lawyer and discuss these issues and the lawyer will no doubt say that this is against the law! The consistent demands of holding conference call meetings at 7 am and "virtual POA" meetings at 6:30 am and not paying overtime is also illegal. Similar to not paying vacation time earned for those who have not worked for the company for an entire year. Yes, that is in Strativa paperwork but it may be illegal in your state to deny you your vacation pay. This company operates very unethically in so many ways...never underestimate what a small group of people can accomplish when pissed off and I would say they have definitely pissed people off. What are you going to do....sit around and play victim or stand up for yourself, your family, and future employees? I know what I am doing....
 












I don't work for this but know people who did. I'm confuse about bonus payout. Is this company paying out $10k - $18k quarterly bonus? I didn't believe them b/c the products seem relatively cheap in cost. Are those people lying about bonus? Clarify

You should ask the 1 percent maybe and how many even received bonus. That may help.

Come aboard you will love it here!! Great benefits and substandard severance. 4...I am sorry 2 great products. One makes you gain weight and the other is a B-12.

Management is fair and very hands off. They let you run your territory and understand you know where to get the business.....LMAO!!!! Go apply at McDonalds you are better off!!
