Q1 Bonus payout?

Does anyone know when our Q1 bonus will be paid out? I'd like to get it before I leave.

I do know that if one leaves before they cut the check that the individual give up the bonus.

What happens if payout is during the 2wk notice. Will they screw you?

I find it very peculiar that if you were making great bonuses you would ride this ship with your success to the bitter end to get that ca$h.

If you are like most of us, the piss poor payouts we receive would not hold us back from leaving. We would just go and not look back.

So my question to you is why are you leaving???

I too am curious of when the Q1 will be paid out. Mines not going to be much...nothing to wait around for...but id like to get a few bucks before I leave.

I heard that you forfeit the bonus if you leave before it hits your bank account.
 
























Bonus payouts usually occur 4-6 weeks after the end of the quarter. As stated in the SOP, the employee must be in good standing with the company in order to receive the payout. So, if you leave the company prior to the payout, you will not receive the bonus.
