Expectations. Just go sell and do whatever you have to to get biz... Cowboy mentality in that division... Will bite them in the butt soon enough....

How much you making now? How's your qol? Hawk spec is prob $110-120k at plan i'd say..
Hard to answer that question without knowing more. Depends on you territory manager too. If it's someone you can see yourself working with, you might like it. Tough business now.. very transactional. Get ready to hustle and chase cases. You might be better off where you're at.
