Soooooo....wanted to ask the rest of my fellow colleagues if anyone else's manager pretty much"blackmails"
their whole team into giving them good reviews? I mean the last time we were honest, our so called leader hunted the teammates down they thought gave them the bad pulse survey reviews and made their lives miserable! Our team went from 10 to a pathetic 6 People. They couldn't even get internal transfers to a territory that was vacant and ranked #1!!

My teammatess were sought out and fired because they gave honest feedback. Now the whole team knows "the deal" and feels threatened for their jobs-forced to have to give a micromanager control freak good reviews because they fire you if you don't!
They should just get rid of this survey or get rid of the tainted management that can " dish it out but cant take it"

RDM isn't a stupid person. Cant imagine if a team dwindles that fast they don't think something fishy is going down
