Talk about being SCREWED!! IT's amazing how the more you sale, the more you are penalized for being successful and working hard. Instead of screwing the sales force they should focus on firing Dohmen that screws everyone. Dohmen has no respect for patients or doctors. The millions of dollars they cost Grifols/Sales Reps for being incompetent is unbelievable and leadership turns their heads and have no balls . Grifols should punish the problem and not screw the front line(Sales Force) for broken processes and bad leadership. Raise patient quota,lower bonus payout and add a national quarterly quota bonus is pathetic. Grifols has completely Screwed the Sales force and it will come back to bit them in the but!! Reps jumping ship as we speak
 












I have spoken to several reps and ALL are pissed about this new and MOTIVATING com plan! This will bite them in the ass because less people will actually be motivated, leave for another opportunity and then the national goals are in jeopardy with lots of open territories! Watch and see! I'm looking much harder now for another gig and I was a rep that exceeded my goal of last year, made nice bank, family happy and now this!!!!! Bye-Bye
 












Shows how out of touch the leadership team and pack of idiots are in NC. Should be a great CM. Zero leadership. Sad, this place was great once. Leaders that care about themselves and their own image. Meeting theme should be "bend over SSR's"
 






Will be interesting the spin that is put on the IC plan.

We know our base pay is low in the industry.
IC is now really reduced due to company goals.
This equals not many happy sales reps.

Some have left - but many are looking and will leave.

Key sales people have been lost and more will follow.

What is next does every MZ needs treatment?

It sure does...a person DOES NOT WIN PRESIDENT"S CLUB, LET ALONE MAKE GOAL without OFF-LABEL use! I don't play that game and I don't give a rat's ass if that ranks me low. I've mailed it in for years now, just collecting a paycheck and about to leave WITH my integrity!
