Publicis' "Quality Client Solutions" Mission Statement

I have 23 years experience with a major pharmaceutical company with many of those years as a successful manager and director. Decided to exit big pharma and take the skills to CSO. Researched the Publicis home page and viewed the video libraries and was impressed with their desire to hire experienced, successful folks from pharma because they "walked in the shoes" of the client and understand, can deliver the quality they expect.

Pursued an open DM position in my state and fully expected and was OK with a significant salary reduction. Thought I could bring additional impact and value to the 1/2/3 minute interactions between rep and HCP since that was my expertise. Publicis responded to my application that my resume looked "intriguing" but would be moving forward with a better qualified candidate.

Found out they hired a manager from a company I never heard of with 2 years experience as a manager that was actually let go for expense mismanagement according to his local former rep.

Eye opener for potential clients of Publicis, they are not interested in Quality, just someone to deliver the number of "calls" "signatures" for the client. The mission to deliver quality solutions for clients is well....you decide.

Hey self obsessed, pompous windbag. No one cares and no one will read your rambling, long winded manifesto. See ya later fucker.

Right!! My experience also. Publicis does everything on the cheap including sending reps old, recycled computers that smell like cat urine. Oh, and don't complain. They don't like that either. Clearly for potential clients looking at Publicis they don't want quality, thinking, experienced individuals. A warm body is the job description. This is a horrible company.

Its the nickle and dime approach to business. Salary to expenses, spending is cheap. The big question is does the pharma company approve the levels of financial compensation? Product representation suffers when people continually leave looking for better pay.
