How is it your pathetic excuse for a real company doesn't call anyone who is OVER-qualified for your ridiculous positions? Please, tell me why. Endocrinology contract - called on them all my career and was told I wasn't a match? WTF? What the hell are MA and SC smoking? Your company will never last as major pharma cos realize they are not getting competent people to sell their products in the field. Good luck in 2013.

Maybe because you are over qualified. The pay is not great so they figure you'd leave at first opportunity.

Or maybe you come across as a prick on your resume as well.

I agree with this assessment, and would further argue that the decision not to move forward with your candidacy is supported by your actual response to an imperfect situation. Experience matters to some extent, but no amount of experience could compensate for the kind of personality flaws you display here. You reinforce the fact that our hiring process works very well, in your own words.
