Closed at $4.96 and we haven't even seen the real cough cold summer slump yet. Also silenor sales will continue to plummet since the reps got laid off. I think the world is seeing that these idiots have no clue what they are doing. When will this stock nose dive ever stop? Investors are nervous!

Wow, I guess the smartest thing Max ever did was not take Hawthorn public. He always said if he did he wouldnt have control over the company but in reality he probably knew the stock was worthless like Pernix's

MD didn't know anything. His fat ass was just tryin to convince anyone he could to buy the companies bc he and JS were clueless on what they were doing. Little did they know that there was someone even more clueless than them that would buy this lemon of a company. Hey CC didn't you wonder why nobody else would buy this crap in the 2 years that they tried to sell it???
 






























As a former Somaxon employee, we had stock options that vested into Pernix shares. Unfortunately, Pernix has somehow figured out a way not to provide all of the information to our brokers to be able to actually transfer the stock to us. Class act!
 












As Somaxon employees, we earned stock options. They automatically vest upon Pernix acquisition. We were given specific information to give to our brokers so that we could get the stock (now PTX and not SOMX) transferred into our account. It was supposed to be automatically downloaded into our accounts. When that didn't happen, we were told that our brokers had to go and pull it down. Unfortunately, since Pernix didn't provide an account number, the brokers don't know where to look. And yes, we have already been taxed on the stock at $6.85 per share
 






After reading everything that goes on here, it shouldn't surprise you. Pernix is willing to screw it's own employees why not Somaxon's too. This company does not give a f#ck about anyone other than their stock and their shares. CC is a shrewd SOB who will do anything to raise the value of his shares no matter how unscrupulous it is.
 






I hope you all recorded the Pernix bell ringing at the stock exchange. CC wants everyone who missed it live to watch it at the opening ceremony of the sales meeting. Ding a ling king

That F'ing tool is so proud to be ringing those bells. Who really gives a shit? How bout you focus on running the company. I swear I've never seen a more poorly run company. And I thought Hawthorn was bad. These Pernix idiots are making hawthorn look like a bunch of geniuses
 












The Market has learned what a bunch of total idiots Pernix has running the organization. Omeclamox Pak was a total marketing night mare. It was the biggest mistake in history. The cat is out of the bag. No products worth a shit, massive rep lay offs, upper management doesn't have a clue, lies, lies, lies, and more lies. The damn is breaking.........
 


















4.42 today. Ptx stock is in an uncontrollable downward spiral. Hate to tell you but there ain't any hope for this stock. Nothing in immediate future to turn this dog around. Time for heads to roll. JJ don't think you're safe. Trust me when I say that CC is not your friend and he talks so much shit about you. You won't be aroind much longer.
