PTO- BI still wants to fuck us

Way to go BI, making a new PTO policy to fuck the employee. If you don't want to pay out a years woth of PTO for the next lay-off, well, just don't have a fucking next lay-off. How in 5 years can you go from saying "we are a family company" at BI to just another dumbassed Pharma company who even strives to do PTO like others in 5 years. Does it not bother any of you at the top what you made this company into? One no different that any other. You can suck it BI.
