He is horrible, and honestly just crazy. His leadership style is to intimidate and be demeaning. His famous quote is to hire someone and a few months later say, “you’re just not the same person I hired”! This happened to several people. He is also best friends with another manager who emulates his style. It is really quite sad.

This is said intentionally to break you down and lower your confidence, so he can gain control. It’s a toxic culture and life is too short. Leave while the job market is hot.
