I am ready to get out of here. Rep wages stink. It is part time pay for full time work. Most reps are gone overnight. Its extra cash and a low second income at best. Know a downsized manager who took a rep here job for 6 months. Know another top rep who was gone before 9 months. These rep jobs are for low end employees or college kids, they might stay a full year at most. This place needs a job fair or they'll lose everyone who has an ounce of value.

Some times when my DM is mean to me and wants me to work extra for no pay I get very nervous and soil myself! Also daily crying fits are a part of every rep I know daily routine here!
