PSS Division

I hope you didn't get or take the job. If you did, you prob may be looking to get out. Biggest joke and disaster in all of pharma.
If you didn't get the job, thank the heavenly stars. The place is a dump run by morons. The people who "succeed" suck more ass than a baby on the mothers boob.

I applied months ago for a PSS FRM role…. Nothing but crickets from Novartis and I have a few years of reimbursement experience! Now I see that the position is a “remote” position. What’s up with that?! Novartis what’s going on with you?! Can anyone give me a truthful answer??!

Sadly NO response is a response.
It's NOT "professional" to not get back, leaving people wondering. They don't believe in the "Golden Rule," let alone "Common Courtesy".

Sorry, if they were interested, they would have gotten back. Time to continue onward.

PSS is run and "managed" by mentally ill people who couldn't punch themselves out of a paper bag. The harder you work, the more you get shit and pissed on. The worker bees do the work, know what they are doing and get taken advantage of. All for a couple people to make slides and look like they are genius and fast tracked to management. Something you will never see anywhere else (thank God!).

Working in PSS is similar to an overseas deployment in the military. You kiss your family and friends goodbye as you onboard the ship, not knowing when you will see them again due to work/life. Consider it a halfway house for people who have gotten canned from other parts of the organization. Can’t wait for you to join…just don’t get too comfortable though because you will be laid off by Oct.

Great analogy! Pun intended on the "anal"ogy. PSS being led by the Wicked Witch of the West!

A total mad house with the mad hatter at the helm. Try to keep yourself busy and keep your options always open. This team has had several recent departures with more to follow shortly. Stay tuned…
