Dear Prugen - Sean Lonergan - Kevin Kriel - Mike Kahill
Disclaimer- My rep had nothing to do with this post. NOTHING! They came to me, selling me their program as they always do but this time something was wrong and I sensed it. My rep only shared that they were suffering from tremendous stress and anxiety. And began to cry when I pressed them to tell me what was going on. I couldn’t believe my ears.
PRUGEN- This horrific treatment of your reps better stop now or my dermatology colleagues and I are done writing for PRUGEN. (We have already discussed this) This is our only warning shot to Prugen management. So listen up. If Lonergan, Kriel, Kahill don’t fix the below problem we have no option but to go to our DERMATOLOGY CHAT BOARDS, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc. And we know how that worked out for others.
I should begin my mentioning that I have been a very loyal and supportive prescriber for many years. My rep kept me writing even when I was so F-in done with GenRx or ASPN screw ups and delays. My patients waited over a week and half to get their meds.. my rep calmed me down and kept me writing. So, these days, despite of your company’s decline and my lack of enthusiasm for your program, I have been supporting my PRUGEN rep. I write for my rep only, not the company! I repeat, I am not, nor have I been over the last year or two writing for the this company. I am sending scripts to prugen/Aspn for my rep, my friend, the rep that I have known and trusted for years , the rep that helped me time after time when I needed it, the rep that came to my daughters piano recital and brought a bouquet of flowers when I didn’t have time to run to the store, and the rep that listens to me when I’ve absolutely had it with my staff. I write to support my rep who supports me. Again, as if I haven’t said this enough times, I don’t write for the company I write for my rep. At this point we may as well stop writing scripts if the company won’t pay our reps.
So, what’s this all about? I have come to understand (and I can’t imagine this is legal) that PRUGEN has been holding back their bonus checks from months ago!!! Now I hear that those bonuses won’t be paid for many more months unless my the rep re-earns their money! WTF So, in the middle of covid-19 the Sales Executives are saying, go get us more so you can’t earn what you already earned.. but if you don’t hit our goals, the monies that you are owed gets pushed out farther and farther. Huh? What are they doing over there? I have never heard of a Derm company doing this in all my years in dermatology. NEVER!
OH, HERE’S A GOOD ONE.. PRUGEN IS TAKING GOVT PPP MONEY?? YES THEY ARE! AND YET THEY ARE STILL NOT PAYING THEIR REPS BONUSES?
MY REP IS HAVING A HARD TIME PAYING THEIR BILLS BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WON’T PAY WHAT THEY HAVE ALREADY ERANED? EARNED THROUGH THE RX’s THAT WE DERMATOLOGISTS WRITE TO SUPPORT OUR REPS AND IN MANY CASES OUR CLOSE FRIENDS.
PPP RULES MUST BE VIOLATED HERE!
ETHICS ARE BEING VIOLATED HERE!
TRUST IS BE VIOLATED HERE!
PRUGEN, do the right thing & pay our reps the money that they have already earned and are owed now, not later, and not under some new bs rule or comp plan. If not, I’m sure my local pharmacy would love to see an increase in their volume.
