No matter how frustrating i can get with pharma stuff. Im glad to work for abbvie. They listened when we said webex will hurt us. They have handled this whole thing legitimately. And you know what. The promise of job security in this environment was unbelievable commitment on Abbvies part. I get frustrated but i will never forget what they are doing for us right now. Dead serious. Im going to remain loyal as hell to this company based on just what happened during the last two weeks.

After 15 yrs with the company I was already loyal. After what they have done for us as of late I’m going to be even more loyal . I fully and whole heartedly appreciate AbbVie and they will get my absolute best once we get the green light to go back our and see our customers

I don't work for Abbvie (not yet at least. Waiting to hear back from a 3rd round interview last week) but this is probably the first time I ever seen anyone give praise to a company on CF. Never thought I would see the day lol. This is good to hear though. Much respect to Abbvie.

I agree but working on plan B. The company must keep patients and stockholders as their primary concern. Health care will be changed forever, and that will change our business model. Business as usual is out the window.
I hope we all have jobs six months from now, but I fear that is a long shot.

I disagree. Doctors have overwhelmingly rejected web-ex details. It doesn't work. Abbvie needs us in the field, even though access there isn't great, it's much better than digital.

Not an Abbvie employee, but wish I were. Almost everything I read about the Company on various financial websites is very positive, from top leadership down to the work force. Quality and treating employees right is important to me, and Abbvie appears to practice both.

Abbvie is a money whore! Humira should not cost what they rape managed care for a dated old drug.

Abbvie will not spool up and make hydroxychloroquine because there is no profit in it.
I am retired from Abbvie/Abbott/ over 23 years and a former military P&T member on the joint service formulary (PEC). As an Abbott rep on the PEC I voted to displace Biaxin in favor of Zithromax in 1993. A Zpac vs ten days of diarrhea...
My oath to my country meant more than my Abbott paycheck.

Thank you for your service. You don't know why AbbVie isn't making hydroxycholoquine if you've been retired for over 23 years. If managed care is willing to pay what they are paying AbbVie for Humira, then they must see some value in it. Get over Biaxin and Zpac, those are dated drugs and you shouldn't be focusing anymore of your time on them. You sound disgruntled. Go enjoy your retirement and forget about cafepharma.

The Allergan people will Fuck it up; hopefully their leaders will be shit canned, especially the Forest jackasses.

You spent 23 years of your life working for a company, then 3 years into retirement you bash them. What does that say about you?
A person can enjoy the job and pay but hate the vapid morons you work with. Unless Abbvie can profit from a drug they will. Why all then DTC advertising for an overpriced OLD drug like Humira?
Wow you must have an extra chromosome.

My oath to my country meant more than my Abbott paycheck.

First, If this person's oath was to his country he wouldn't have spent 23 years working for this company if he or she believes in what they wrote.
Second, Humira was an innovative medicine. The first of its kind. Real innovation. It deserves what it is being reimbursed.
Lastly, a smart business is going to try to maximize the earning potential of their investment.

Innovation costs money. Period.
