….the #1 reason people leave/left is/was due to the toxic culture. Perhaps it works in India, but not in the Western World. You could only push someone so much before they break. Upper management are a bunch of sadistic barbaric humans who love seeing conflict and forcing anxiety amongst the staff. Not good for mental health but the failures on how to run a business have made it enjoyable. Learn that running a business goes way beyond just making money and you will succeed.
