Pros and Cons

Hi! I have an interview this week and I would like to know some pros and cons as there always is with any job. I am coming from a Pharma Company so I know what to look for but would like rep feedback as well. I appreciate it!
 






I have been here 5 years came from big pharma. The company was amazing when I came over, it has changed a lot over the last 5 years. Like most pharma companies the upper management has been shuffled around a few times, each time we get more like big pharma and loose a bit of our culture.

That being said it’s still better than most companies in the game. The addiction side is a better place to be than the the Psych side. Vivitrol is a challenging but rewarding product to promote and there is a BNB aspect to it. The pay is ok depending on your experience and bonuses are pretty fair. You can make some good money but it’s not an easy gig and you gotta put up the numbers. The metrics and big pharma mentality is creeping in fast though.
